The 3-hole Claw hand grips will help you perform any type of exercise without having to adjust or remove the grips from your hands during your workouts.

They are made of soft, thin, elastic fabric, but resistant enough to protect your hands during that hellish kettebell, dumbbell, Olympic bar workout, or even pullups or toes-to- bar, without leaving your hands in a state of misery!

As not all hands are created equal, Claw hand grips come in 3 sizes, from S to L - Measure from the base of your wrist to the base of your middle finger and match the measurements below:

Washing and care instructions for your Claw hand grips

Close the Velcro fasteners to make them last longer before putting them in the washing machine - this also prevents them from damaging other garments that are being washed at the same time. - Preferably wash in cold water and hang to dry. - Do not iron or dry clean. - Do not use bleach.
