Didn’t find the right size or just weren’t a fan of our products? No problem – with the exception of personalized products, you can exchange or return them in accordance with our returns policy – see here.
Return the products within 15 days from the date of receipt of the items for exchange or refund of the amount paid. Please note that returned items must be in new condition, unused and with all labels attached.
All items returned after the 15-day period will be accepted and a voucher will be issued to be used in our online store, within a maximum period of 90 days, from the date of the initial purchase.
If the returned items are not in new condition, without having been used, they do not meet the necessary conditions for exchange or return, with the exception of items that present a manufacturing defect.
Please note that the return of any amount paid will always be subject to inspection of the returned items by our quality department.
All items sold on sale/promotions or price reductions are considered end-of-life items. Therefore, no refunds will be given. You can exchange the item for another in stock, or request a voucher to be issued to use in our online store, within a maximum period of 30 days.
The Consumer will always be responsible for paying shipping costs, for any exchange or return that is not due to a manufacturing defect.
All items that are personalized cannot be returned or exchanged - only if they have a manufacturing defect.

If you miss the correct size or not quite find the wow factor on your purchase - no problem! You can exchange or return the products, except for customizable products.
Please send your items back within 15 days after receiving the gear for an exchange or refund. All items received as unworn and in original conditions are eligible to be exchanged/refunded. Detailed return/exchange policy here.
