Sport TAPE - PINK

These adhesive tapes (with glue) are intended for use on the skin.

Widely used by crossfit athletes, they protect fingers and hands from blisters when using Olympic bars or performing pull-ups on the structure, eliminating skin friction on aggressive surfaces.

In therapeutic use: when used correctly, they help to stabilize joints, as well as relax and contribute to the relief of muscle pain and activation of the lymphatic system, for better drainage of edema.

How to use to maximize performance:

• Make sure skin is clean, free of oils and clear before applying for longer lasting results.
• Do not stretch the ends of the tape - preferably cut the corners, rounding them (this prevents them from lifting at the ends and coming unstuck)
• When removing the paper, avoid touching the adhesive surface of the article.
