Whether you're a CrossFit veteran or a beginner, you've probably heard of this Hero Wod - MURPH. This workout was created by CrossFit in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
To make your MURPH experience more enjoyable, we created this incredible new t-shirt design, super soft, comfortable and breathable.
